API DNS Manager (“the App”) is published by George Gheorghe Dumitru / FastX. The App helps you manage DNS zones and records using your own provider API credentials. This policy describes what data the App handles.

Summary

• We do not operate a user account system for the App.
• We do not sell your data.
• Your API token and DNS data stay on your device unless you choose to share them.
• Network requests go directly from your device to your DNS provider’s API.

Data you provide

To use the App, you enter an API token or access key (and optionally a label for the account). Credentials are stored locally using platform secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore / equivalent). They are used only to call your provider on your behalf.

DNS records, zone names, email routing settings, and similar information displayed in the App are fetched from your provider and cached locally for performance. We do not receive copies of this data on FastX servers.

Data we do not collect

• No registration email or password on FastX servers for App Store builds.
• No advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking.
• No analytics SDK sending your DNS or token data to FastX.

Face ID / Touch ID

Optional app lock uses biometric authentication on your device. Biometric data is processed by the operating system; it is not sent to us.

Third parties

The App communicates with the DNS/CDN provider you choose when you sign in. That provider’s privacy policy applies to data processed on their infrastructure. Apple App Store distribution and updates are subject to Apple’s privacy policy.

App Store version

The iOS App Store build is a utility app: sign in with your own API token. It does not include in-app purchases or sideload update mechanisms on iOS.

Data retention & deletion

Remove stored tokens and cached data by signing out or deleting the App from your device. Uninstalling the App removes locally stored credentials and cache.

Children

The App is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
